missing memory

I had a twinx pair in which one module was failing, so I returned both modules at Corsair's request (under RMA R203661), and, after spending almost two weeks with no memory, I only received a single module back.

 

What steps should I follow to get two *matched* modules?

The reason you only got one module back was because you submitted the RMA request for one CMX1024-5400C4, you should have submitted the request for 1-Twin2x2048-5400C4 if you were sending both modules. Please call our customer service at 888-222-4346 and I am sure they will do their best to help you!
