mhenaire Posted November 11, 2006 Share Posted November 11, 2006 I had a twinx pair in which one module was failing, so I returned both modules at Corsair's request (under RMA R203661), and, after spending almost two weeks with no memory, I only received a single module back. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 13, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 13, 2006 The reason you only got one module back was because you submitted the RMA request for one CMX1024-5400C4, you should have submitted the request for 1-Twin2x2048-5400C4 if you were sending both modules.
