RMA Request for Corsair Value Select

Greetings,

I've got a pair of Corsair Value select, 2x 1GB DDR2 533 I am getting an error on one of the pair when running memtest86+.

I have a ASUS P5GD2 Deluxe, Intel Socket 775, 3.4GHz with a 915P northbridge chipset. FSB is 800/533MHz.

Memory timing is at default 4-4-4-12.

Can I get approval to RMA the stick, and since it is a matched set, should I send them both back?

Thanks

According to the return form they are unable to send to APO addresses? Are you kidding? Who do I talk to about this.

This is basically saying that Corsair don't support the men and women in the US Armed forces working and fighting overseas, as this is the only way we can receive mail and packages from the states. Sending to an APO address is no different then sending to any other address through the USPS.

No that is not what that means!

You would just use the real address where you are at.

Ask your duty sergeant for the shipping address and if you can have a package sent to your company office.

APO and or P.O. Box address are not accepted because there is no accountability once it leaves the shippers hands!
