TWIN2X2048-6400C4 and MSI 975X PUE N2

I have the same problem as Federelli in thread http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54771.This means that MSI 975X PUE sees my TWIN2X2048-6400C4 memory as 667 NOT 800Mhz!

I currently use them at 667Mhz(default) 2.1V(Manually) and 4-4-4-12(manually) and cpuz verify s it with FSB:DRAM=4:5(Auto in bios). When i try putting "FSB & Memory clock ratio" to 1:1,5 so the mobo can run memory to 800Mhz and put manualy 4-4-4-12 latency in bios CPUZ shows me 5-5-6-15.I have tied memtest in bios with both my sticks on and like u said :

FSB & Memory clock ratio 1:1.5

CAS Latency (tCL): 4

RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4

Row Precharge (tRP): 4

Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12

Memory Voltage: 2.1 Volts

All other settings to defaults.

I left it up to 2 hour as the test kept repeating itself and no faults appeared.

I about to test it stick by stick and have a couple of questions.

1. Memtest should be left in default?

2. How long do i left memtest run?Just to finish 100% before start all over again?

3. You said "disable legacy USB" but there isnt something like this in my bios. What is this prefer to?

PS I am running BIOS 7.3beta3

1. Memtest should be left in default?

A: Yes just use the Default tests!

2. How long do i left memtest run? Just to finish 100% before start all over again?

A: Memtest will run in a loop and never stop till you stop it, and I would let it run for 2-3 passes or to be sure you can let is run for 24 Hours.

3. You said "disable legacy USB" but there isn’t something like this in my bios. What is this prefer to?

A: With some MB's they might have an issue with Memtest and disabling this will solve false errors from that program.

If your system is stable in Windows but you are getting errors in memtest I would talk to the MB maker to make sure there is not some known issue with that program. Other wise test the modules one at a time to make sure one is not failing and if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem.

I have tested both sticks individual for 4 turns each and both turn out OK.

The problem still stands.Automatically the bios is setting them to 667Mhz and when i manually set them to 800Mhz and 4-4-4-12 latency 2.1V CPUZ shows:

1. FSB:DRAM 2:3

2. 4-5-6-12 latency:mad:

Any sugestions?
