mholdenjones
Hi there, I have the specs listed below. I am having a few problems with this setup. If I have bios defaults set, the system is stable and there are no issues. If I try and use the EPP settings for the memory the system will post occationally, even if I set it to 0% cpu overclock. If it doesnt post, I have to clear cmos and load setup defaults to get the system to boot again. If the system does boot with the memory set to 1000mhz, it will crash or behave iratically. I have tried setting the timmings to 5-5-5-15-5 T2, that does not help! I have also tried setting the voltage to 2.1v and 2.2v. The reason I bought this ram and mobo was to make use of my two graphics cards, as the EPP was supposed to improve my sli experience. If someone could come back to me with some correct settings for this setup that would be much appreciated.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 11, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 11, 2006 I am sorry but the EPP setting will only work with an AM2 platform at this time! You will need to set the tested settings manually with this MB and or platform!

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 20, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 20, 2006 Yes that is true it should, but when we tested the MB's before their release that fuction was not working, it may with the latest bios, but I have no information as of yet to confirm that! I am shocked to see that a well known internet seller still has the C3D in stock:eek:
