tol4o Posted November 7, 2006 Share Posted November 7, 2006 I got 2 sticks of VS512MB667D2 for my system about 6 months ago. Few days ago the system couldn't start at all and it was just beeping. I removed one of the sticks, leaving only the one on Slot 1, and system started normaly. Then I replaced the working stick with the other one using the same slot and the system didn't start, only that beep from the bios. I believe the second stick went bad or dead.
