xmNeO
Hi! I have an ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe Motherboard with a 2x512 MB TwinX1024-3200C2PRO RAM-Kit. I have thought about buying another kit but unfortunately it isn't in stores anymore..(I live in Germany by the way..) Which RAM that I can buy instead will work with my TwinX modules?? thx a lot! cu, NeO
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 1, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 1, 2006 If you want to add to what you have now you would need to match the modules part# and revision or the system may not post. Or it might be easier to just replace what you have now with Twinx2048-3200C2 instead.
xmNeO
Is it possible just to take the TwinX1024-3200C2 or TwinX2048-3200C2, I think these are the same modules as I have, only without the LED's. Would it work together with my existing modules?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 3, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 3, 2006 It will really depend on the Make and model of MB and the version of the modules, but most likely no it will not be a good idea.
