Bad Tech Support Express

I have a bad stick of Valueram Memory (tested with the required memory testing software.) I went to the Tech Support Express to enter my 1 Gig kit and got the following error message (three times.)

 

Server Error in '/' Application. - NOTED.

 

Any suggestions as to how I can return my sticks would be appreciated.
