mumezaki
This morning, my memory card just died. Don't know what happened -- my computer couldn't read the files and it said that the disk needed to be reformatted. After cursing the lost files, I reformatted the drive. Less than a few hours after doing that the files stopped working again and needed to be reformatted again. What is the deal?
mumezaki
I should also add that my computer was unable to reformat the drive, and that I had to use the software suggested to someone else on these boards to reformat it. Even after reformatting it using the utility software, the drive keeps erasing my files!

mumezaki
Hi! I had an issue with my Flash Voyager a couple weeks back and was told to send it in for replacement. I followed the directions and the mailing confirmation tells me that it reached it destination last week. Where do I go to check the status or whereabouts of the replacement? I was that replacements were handled in 24 hours and it would be sent with 3-day shipping. When I type the case number given to me on the "Support Page" it tells me that my case number does not exist! Thanks.

mumezaki
Hi! I wrote earlier (Post ID: 266984) about my Flash Voyager that just stopped working. I sent it in for replacement and just got it back today. However, the new drive seems to be very, VERY slow. It estimates 187 minutes to copy files that I could do on my old drive within 2 or 3 minutes. What's the deal? Thanks!

mumezaki
Thanks your for suggestion, but I tried it and I'm still not seeing any improvement. The replacement drive is still working very slowly.
