Replaced EVERYTHING - bad memory? Right???

My 'puter started to act oddly (NIC shutting down, video card shutting down, slow speed, etc) for about 3 weeks after 6 months of flawless operation. I went through various trouble shooting steps, read everything I could online, etc., then, <poof>, it shut down for good.

When trying to boot now, the fans spin for less than 1 second then stop... spin for less than 1 second then stop... (repeat until the power was cut). No beep, no nothin'.

I can't upgrade the BIOS since I can't get the thing running, but I'd updated about 3 months before the total failure (after the computer started acting up - no fix and no worse performance).

Here's a list of the most dramatic things I've done:

I RMA'd the motherboard THREE times - same results.

I breadboarded the system (all motherboards) - same results.

I used a different video card - same results.

I checked the powersupply's input and output (all good).

I replaced the powersupply - same results.

I checked the new powersupply's input and output (all good).

I RMA'd the CPU - same results.

I replace the case (what the heck, right?) - same results.

Nothing left but the memory sticks, right?

Obviously, I've been at this for awhile and would really like to get my computer running again. What do ya think? RMA?
