They just told me they do not have a replacment and were getting ready to contact you!

 

ok..

 

I have carried out a "replay at all" to the last email that you have sended to me: I have written also to the customerservice@corsairmemory.com specifying the issue but I have not still received answer.

 

This weekend my aunt will carry to me the invoice, hopes that it is that right one. Moreover I have asked the costumerservice if it is possible to replace the rams defective with an equivalent model, but at this point also a reimbursement can go well.
