BrianHeston
I have the same problem, as do 2 of my co-workers. We all bought these Flash Voyagers for use at work, and none of them work on our work PC's. They do, however, work on other PC's. Mine, for instance, works on my home PC that has only USB 1.1. At first we each thought it was just our work PC's that were messed up, but once we got to talking about it, we found that we are all having problems. We re-sell these drives, and can't very well do that with clear consciences if we know that they may not work properly. Is there anything we can try to solve this problem? Wired
what type of pcs do you have? what motherboards do you have? which ports are you plugging them into, the one on the front, or on the back?
BrianHeston
We're actually using 3 different types of PC's. I'll have to check exactly what the other two guys are using, I know one of them is a whitebox that we built ourselves. I believe that one is based on an Asus motherboard. He has tried both front and rear USB ports, and I've tried my Flash Voyager in his PC's front ports as well with the same results. My work PC is an HP dc5000. I have only tried my drive in the front USBs on that PC. My home PC is an outdated whitebox based on an Asus A7V-133 motherboard. I don't have front USB on this PC but I did use the drive through a 4-port Micro Innovations USB hub with no adverse effect. Remember, this is a USB 1.1 system. I have used a no-name 128MB flash drive for months on my work PC with no problems whatsoever. I upgraded to 4GB because I kept having to delete items to make room for new ones on the 128MB. This doesn't work if it's going to constantly drop out on me.

BrianHeston
I have submitted a request for RMA but I have received no email or notice of any kind that it was received. Is there anything I can do short of submitting another request? I submitted it it based on a phone call, ticket # 61039, if that helps. Thanks, Brian

BrianHeston
Once I finally got it shipped off, the turn around time was great. I received a NEW 4GB Flash Voyager in less than a week! Great service guys. I have tested the new one on my work PC and it works perfectly. Thanks! Brian
