Marksalot
I bought a CMX512-3200C2 v1.2 lot#0349054 a long time ago. However, I want to upgrade to 1GB RAM so I bought another Ram CMX512-3200C2 v4.3 lot#0532013-0. When I put both of these on the motherboard, the windows will not start. If I put one in at a time, the windows starts. Is there something wrong or am I doing something wrong? Please Help. Thank you.
Marksalot
I saw the posts before about revisions. Does corsair do revision swaps? I want another revision for my RAM. Anyone know or asked before?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted October 21, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 21, 2006 The only thing you can do would be to submit for an RMA request for both modules and then before you send the modules and after you have the RMA number call our customer service and as if they can replace both modules for a set! 888-222-4346. Please use the RMA request found in TSXpress or follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! And please note that you are from the forum!
