Need Foam pad replacement, no news, help!

Hi, I called customer support, to ask a replacement for the FOAM PAD for the Nautilus 500 (the one that holds the water block). The guy that helped me over the phone told me to send them an email to ramguy@corsairmemory.com with all my info so they can send me the replacement, I did, like 3 days ago, and still no response, if it has been sent or something like that. I'm posting here with the hope that somebody from the tech/support can read it and help me.
