CMX1024-3500LLPRO are bad.

When I power up my PC, it can not pass the POST. It froze at memory checking. I think my two CMX1024-3500LLPRO dimms are bad. What I did to troubleshoot the problem is that I bought a new set of rams (exact model: CMX1024-3500LLPRO) and replace them, the problem then gone.


I think I need a Ticket ID so I can submit a RMA form.


By the way, I can not find this part number as an option at http://tsxpress.corsairmemory.com/. What I need to do?

Let's get them replaced. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part! Or *New* Tech Support Express” and we will be happy to replace them or it! Please make sure you let them know you are from the forum!
