Bad Memory Module???

I have a pair of 2x1024 5400C4v2.10, but I have a problem to sync cpu to 1:1. I tested them individually and found that one of them is possibly faulty. With the possibly faulty one, I passed 28 times in memtest, but got error within 1 min if I run prime95, tested several times. My FSB(E6600) were set to 266 and 333, mem were set to 533 and 666 respectively. I also tried 2.1V, but it didn't solve my problem. Does it mean I have a bad module? :(: However, it just run fine when mem freq is faster than fsb. My motherboard is P5WDH, any idea?

Please make sure that you have the latest bios and then load setup defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.1 volts and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, and then test the module/modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with this MB you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.
