My RMA'd ram may be lost:(

Hello I got my ram out to you on the 28th and I'm just wondering where we stand on the status. I accidentally sent the wrong part number and I was total by a team lead that they would sort it out. I just want to know if everything got figured out on your side. I'm kinda worried about my little stick of ram at your big company getting lost with the wrong credentials.
