2 different types of Corsair memory with different Latency

I currently have the Asus P4C800-E Deluxe Mobo with 1gb of Corsair Memory (CM64SD512-3200 DDR-400 (PC-3200) 512MB Latency 3-3-3-8). I recently purchased 2 gb of Corsair Memory (Part # TWINX2048-3200C2PT with a Latency 2-3-3-6).As you can see both have different latency timings do I have to configure both with same timings or do I set my 1gb pair latency to match my new 2gb modules.

Thanks

Your 3-3-3-8 modules will likely not work at the tighter timings. Also, the TWINX2048-3200C2PT kit will default to 3-3-3-8 timings if you configure your system's BIOS to autodetect the timings programmed by the modules' SPD; this is so that systems which do not have adjustable timings can boot.

Also, it's not recommended to mix different modules in any modern system.

So I guess I should configure the mobo to the proper latency recommended manually am I correct? My asus p4c800-e deluxe has configurable options for memory. How would I configure my memory mods to 2-3-3-6

Changing the timings may help, but the twinx also require higher voltages than the CM64SD512 memory. They will most likely not work together whatsoever.
