Jamie_McC Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Hi there, I've followed your steps for the troubleshooting to not much sucess. I have restarted my PC lots of times and tried it on 3 other systems. The following picture is of the error I recieve on insertion of the drive: http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/4992/probrv6.jpg I have tried also to install the Flash Voyager Utility and EZRecover to no avail. Also if this has to be returned shall I return it to yourselfs or to the website I purchased the item from. Thanks, Jamie McCall
