I want to overclock my ram

Can anyone help me??

 

I'd like to overclock my ram and need to know the BIOS settings and if its worth doing, I've not touched the BIOS settings for the ram because i'm scared of screwing it up, my PC is a gaming machine so i have 4x1 GBytes of corsair 3500LL pro ram, ASUS AN8-35 sli delux mobo, AMD athlon 4800 cpu but my os is win xp pro (not 64 bit)

 

I've read that windows only recognises about 3 GBytes or ram but ill be changing over to vista when it comes out.

 

If it is worth overclocking my ram, what are the BIOS settings for 4x1 GBytes of ram.
