copperheadclgp Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 I just got my replacement flash drive, and i've discovered that the Flash Voyager Utility won't run. I've tried swapping USB ports, deleting the USB and USBSTOR keys under the ENUM registry entry, redetecting the drive, but the utility won't even open. Any idea why this might happen? I removed, rebooted, and reinstalled, but it doesn't seem to matter. I'm not getting any errors. Thanks! copperheadclgp

copperheadclgp Posted September 25, 2006 Author Posted September 25, 2006 Sorry, I forgot to mention that I was using the latest version of the utility (unless it's been updated in the past 24 hours). I also checked to make sure it did a "clean" uninstall - no folders left behind and whatnot... I didn't see anything although there may have been registry keys I don't know about. Any other suggestions?
