remborsky Posted September 22, 2006 Share Posted September 22, 2006 I have recently built a new pc and have had some difficulty with my memory. I am unable to use both modules that came in my TWIN2X2048-5400C4. When I put one in it makes my computer beep once long and then two short, this procedure repeats. When I put the other in my computer runs fine and without incident. If I put both modules at once it will go through the beeping process. Does this indeed sound like a faulty module? And if so should I return it to where I purchased it or will you handle it? The memory was just received today. Thanks, Rick.
