bad module on xms pc4400 1Gb ddr kit

I have a bad module on this ddr kit. When I run my shuttle sn25p ( amd 4400+) with both modules (corsair default voltage and timing) my computer boot a short times and end up quickly.

If I try only 1 module, the first works perfectly, windows boot normally. And only the second module, I have the same problem, my computer shut dowd before windows start.

 

Lastest bios and my shuttle sn25p and AMD default voltage

Can you tell me the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?
