Faulty DDR Module

I purchased 2 x 1gb Corsair DDR400 modules when building my computer back in Decemember 2005. Everything has been running smoothly till recently I've noticed some games/applications just randomly freeze and my computer restarts.

 

First thing I did was run a memtest on my RAM, and found out that 1 of the modules has 20 errors appearing. I ran the memtest with the suspected faulty module in slot 1 by itself, and also in slot 2 with my other module in the system. Both times it came back with the same results.

 

Can this type of thing be claimed under warranty?

if you are getting errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem.

Can you tell me our modules part# (How To Read the Memory Label) and the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?
