Errors after running on OPENBOX MoBo >.<

Hey hey, here's the problem. Bought an OPENBOX MoBo, Asus A8N32-SLi Deluxe. After rigging everything up the PC would not post, after removing my DIMMs I would get the NoMemory POST beep errors, I tried generic DIMMs but still no POST. So I got worried and brought my XMS TWINX 1024-3200C2PRO DIMMs to work. I work in a College IT repair shop so I have hundreds of PC to test off of. 4 out of 5 Intel based PC started throwing errors in MemTest86+ FDD almost imediately, but the 5th box ran fine. I am going to try AMD based PC's today. Each DIMM is throwing weird LED patterns, really scattered, I've never seen that before. My main question is, How is my warranty effected now that something happened to them after installing them into a shoty MoBo? I am currently sending back the MoBo via RMA, never buy an OPENBOX item again -.- I would also like to RMA my memory now that it's throwing errors. Thx for any tips.

Please load setup/optimized defaults and then set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, XMS2700C2 Cass 2-3-3-6 for example or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
