Bad RAM stick

Hello,

 

I have two RAM sticks (VS512MB400 Lot 0423003-0). Suddenly computer stopped working and I ram memory test. There are a lot of errors (all of them because bit 4 is stuck to 1). When I remove the faulty memory there are no errors at all.

I tried to use other slots, swapped memories, etc. Nothing is helped.

 

What do I do now?
