micro Posted September 12, 2006 Share Posted September 12, 2006 Here is list of my custom timings for Corsair TwinX-2048 3200C2 modules, maybe it will help to other users of same kind of modules, I use latest official BIOS for my DFI LanParty NF4 SLI-DR: Command per clock (CPC)- Enable (1T) CAS Latency Control (Tcl)- 2.0 RAS# to CAS# delay (Trcd)- 03 Min RAS# active time (Tras)- 06 Row precharge time (Trp)- 03 Row cycle time (Trc)- 07 Row refresh cycle time (Trfc)- 10 Row to row delay (Trrd)- 00 Write recovery time (Twr)- 02 Write to read time (Twtr)- 01 Read to write delay (Trwt)- 01 Refresh period (Tref)- 3072 Odd divisor correct- Disable Dram Bank interleave- Enable DQS Sqew Control- Increase sqew DQS Sqew value- 255 DRAM Drive strength- Auto DRAM Data drive strength- Auto Max Async latency- 05 (Auto is not bad option here) Dram response time- Fastest Read preamble time- 02 (Auto is not bad option here) Idle cycle limit- 064 Dynamic Counter- Enable R/W Queue Bypass- 16x Bypass Max- 07x 32 byte Granularity- Disable (4bursts) in memtest v1.65 (from DFI lanparty bios) I get 2825 MB/s. This value is changing if I use different refresh period(Tref): Tref: 3120=2825 MB/s 0064=2432 1560=2719 0032=2142 0780=2719 0016=1239 3072=2825 0128-2437 In EVEREST home edition v2.20.405 I get these results: Mem read:5121 MB/s 10th place Mem write:2245 MB/s 5th place Mem latency:47.0 ns 2nd place All respect goes to THE DEFINITIVE DFI A64 OVERCLOCKING GUIDE: http://tinyurl.com/ztspe Any sugestions or comments are welcome.
