Use DDR2-667 if you do not want to adjust any timings in bios. DDR2-800 will provide you the best performance without overclocking but you will need to manually adjust the timings. You had asked for "Can tell me the best and compatibility memory for me ?" so the answer is DDR2-800

Good I thank. Can give me details of the alterations to make with E6600, P5B Deluxe and memory

2 x 1GB DDR2-800 PC2-6400C3 ?
