My RMA number is R142259 and my case number 187184. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I don't really get what's going on ? in Paris the 25th and 28th august and now back in USA at Louisville ! is there any way to help them for delivery ? nonontb Posted August 31, 2006 Author Share Posted August 31, 2006 I called UPS today...they told me that the shipment was held in Paris. the problem is the declared value which was refused. the shipment is declared for $1. UPS told me they are waiting for a proper bill in order to release the shipment for delivery.
