RMA Process Status

Hi,

 

I sent my bad part modules on august 16th from France. I still have no update notification about the RMA process.

 

My RMA number is R142259 and my case number 187184.

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

According to the tracking link, the shipment is going back and forth between USA and FR.

I don't really get what's going on ?

 

in Paris the 25th and 28th august and now back in USA at Louisville !

 

is there any way to help them for delivery ?

I called UPS today...they told me that the shipment was held in Paris.

the problem is the declared value which was refused. the shipment is declared for $1.

 

UPS told me they are waiting for a proper bill in order to release the shipment for delivery.
