YeloStalyn
I spoke to a Tech Support person via phone and they said to fill out the RMA request online and, once I get the info, to send back the bad stick of my matched pair. But on the RMA request page it states that TWINX pairs need to be sent back as a pair. So... what do I do? Just send the one or the pair? I would like to just send one since this would allow me to keep my PC up and running (albeit on half my normal RAM) but I also understand the thing about the TWINX pairs being tested together for reliability. Do I and should I send back both sticks or just the bad one?
Wired
send both, as there's no way they can guarantee compatibility with unmatched sticks.
