RMA approved but still no RMA number

Same w/ the posting below from another user,


I've received the "RMA approved" email on the August 23rd, and it's been almost a week now, still no RMA number. This is rather unacceptable since I was supposed to get the number within 24hours (fine print x6?). What's worse is that the PC system was built to be used w/ a CAD system for my office, the software arrived a couple of days ago,and now the software company is waiting for me to install & get the software operational before they send the technical expert to train my staff. :sigh!:


So far I've emailed the warranty@corsairmemory.com twice, and yet to receive any reply.
