RMA approved but no RMA number

Got this mail last week after I made an RMA request:


"We are sorry about the issues you are having. Your RMA has been approved and will be processed by our RMA department within 1 business day. If you do not get the RMA number after 24 hours, please send an email to warranty@corsairmemory.com with your Case # & full name, and we will help to resolve the issue."


As I still hadn't got any number after that more than 24 hours had passed I emailed warranty@corsairmemory.com with my case number and full name. But I've got no response from them either. So what's happening?
