I´ve bought TWIN 2X1024-5400C4 Mem.modules for less than a year, one month ago

start the problems - blue screen and mesage Hardware fatal error.

Something like this happend to me few years ago with No Name RAM Moduls.

After testing the Corsair modules with MemTest, one modul was reported as

bad one and the other still OK.

On 08.August.2006 I`ve open a case 186292, and shortly after that I recive Email

with the follow RMA number R142004.Same day but 20 hours latter I recive new

Email from Mis Marisol Ladaga where shi says to disregard the RMA Number-R142004,

and the New RMA Nuber is R141724.

On 10.August 2006 I`ve send the package on the follow Adress with the new RMA:

RMA Dept. #R

46221 Landing Parkway

Fremont, CA 94538- USA


that was ower two weeks ago, today I call support phone service and they could not

find nothing in there Computors so they tell to me to post this massege hier.


Questions: What is going on with my Mem.moduls ???????????

I am sorry but there must be some type of misunderstanding here. We would not ask you to post here for RMA status. We would suggest you to contact our RMA/customer service directly at 888-222-4346 and dial "0" or email warranty@corsairmemory.com for RMA status. You can also send me your phone# (ramguy@corsairmemory.com) and I will have someone from our RMA/customer service depart to give you an update on your RMA status.
