Ok I am trying to build a computer for gaming. I have never built a custom computer before so I am new to this. I am not 100% on what to look for when choosing parts. This is what I got so far. Everyone please THOUGHRALY look through it. I do not know if everything is compatible with everything else so I need someone to verify that everything is compatible with each other. I have chosen some Corsair memory and also need to know that it is compatible with everything and that I am getting the maximum performance I can get with the memory.

Memory: CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model TWIN2X2048-6400 - Retail

Optical drive: LITE-ON 16X DVD±R DVD Burner Black IDE Model SHW160P6S05 - OEM

So how does the new list look? Hows the video card?

Also is the HD compatable with the mobo?

Also if anyone has any suggestions if I should change any of the components I have chosen, please speak out!!!

And once again please verify that everything is compatible. Especially the motherboard and what not. I noticed that the RAM said like "3 volts" and "1.1 volts" and such. What is that about?

Thanks for helping!
