will11209 Posted August 20, 2006 Share Posted August 20, 2006 i ordered two sticks of 512 valueselect VS512MB400 from zipzoomfly.com on 3/18/06. had some problems with my system crashing so i had to reset my CMOS and reseat the RAM. upon inspecting one of my 512 sticks of valueslect corsair (i have 4x 512) i noticed that one had two missing gold bar stripes. i removed the stick with the defects and my system stopped crashing. is this under warranty. i would like to RMA. it said lifetime warranty on the packaging. please tell me how to and where to send my defective RAM if its possible to replace it. thank you very much.
