ok. will do. shipped them yesterday, ups 3-5day. ups stuck my envelope (which had your shipping label on it) in one of their ups envelopes so hopefully there isn't a problem. i have the tracking# so i'll know when you receive it. will i be getting an email acknowledging you received it and it's being processed and a tracking # when you ship the replacements?
