airedale Posted August 15, 2006 Share Posted August 15, 2006 I looked on the ASUS QVL and saw that the CM2X1024-6400PRO is supported on the motherboard in all 4 RAM slots. I was wondering if the CM2X1024-6400 is also supported in all 4 RAM slots. Are they the same chip with just a different heat spreader / LEDs? I am looking at the two TWINX packs - either the 6400Pro or the 6400. I just want to know if the 6400 would work the same in the motherboard? Thanks!
