My system is stable with only 1GB ram but when i put another 1GB to the orange slot, system freezez at windows ,running application or Extracting files, playing games also. I have checked both rams with memtest but no error were found also i have change the memory timmings 3-3-2-8 1T at 2.1v but same problem occurs. Ram Guy i need help because another ram that i bought will be wastage. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 15, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 15, 2006 First thing, you cannot run at 1T Command Rate with more than one set of modules and you may have to relax the timings to like Cass 4-4-4-12 at 2.1 Volts min with these modules and the suggested voltage is 2.2 Volts with XM2S-5400UL Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tested my system on these settings 4-4-4-19 1T & 2T at 1.8v - 2.0v - 2.1v - 2.2v (Default BIOS) 3-3-2-8 1T & 2T at 1.8v - 2.0v - 2.1v - 2.2v 4-3-3-8 1T & 2T at 1.8v - 2.0v - 2.1v - 2.2v Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
