BAD ValueSelect 512MB module

Right after windows xp pro installation, I got a stop error message, error code STOP: 0x00000050 Page_Fault_In_Non-Paged_Area. After several stop errors and restarts, the computer would not boot at all. So I decided to format and reinstall but then it won't install either. I kept on getting the same stop errors. So I searched for a cause and the solution and many recommended me to try different memory module. So I bought a new stick of ram from officemax just to try(14 day return). With new stick in it and suspected bad module out, the windows started to install and it's been working fine since then. I believe I have a bad module and I would like to request for a replacement.

Please load setup/optimized defaults and then set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts (+.2 Volts W/Giga-Byte) and then set the timings manually to the tested settings for the specific module you have, XMS2700C2 Cass 2-3-3-6 for example or if you have Value Select "BY SPD" and then test the module/'s one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! If you still get errors, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.
