Corsair 4GB - Not being recognized

Hi, I had to return my Corsair 4GB Flash Voyager Jumpdrive because it fell apart. Corsair was kind enough to send me a replacement. Now, the new 4GB drive worked perfectly for a month, and all the computers in the world have suddenly stopped recognizing it. I get the message 'USB Drive Not recognized: One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows doesnot recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message'.

 

Please help.

 

I use the latest computers, and the OS is Win XP. I tried the drive on multiple computers.

Please use the RMA request found in TSXpress or follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! Then after you get the RMA number please call our customer service and let them know you just had this replaced they will do their best to help you. 888-222-4346!
