Do I still qualify for the rebate?

Hello all,

 

I purchased some Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400 on the 7th of August from NCIX.com. From the website, it said that the rebate period ended on the 7th, but my payment was not processed until the morning of the 8th. Is it still possible for me to receive the 40 dollar rebate? I can include the original invoice dated on the 7th, memory barcode and any other information that could prove this.

 

I contacted NCIX to ask them about this and they said:

Unfortunately due to your method of payment our invoice will be dated later than August 7th. The only thing I can suggest that you do is contact Corsair and give them your Order confirmation email (which will be dated before the mail in rebate cut off) and then tell them you can follow up with the invoice and the barcode from the memory. Hopefully they will accept this, but it's at their discretion.

I am sorry but we do not process tthe rebates, infact they are done by a thrid party. Please check with the reseller or the re-bate company. You are welcome to send an email to info@corsairmemory.com and ask then as that email is answered by the sales manager, but we have no dealings with REBates in tech support. Sorry!
