I live at the Dead Sea (Israel), I bought in April 06, TWINX2048-3200C2PT (2GB 400MHZ XMS), and suddenly (new computer) the fault. One of them probably died. I filled the RMA FORM and quickly got an email from Henry with RMA number and RMA Return Address. I asked Tina questions to be sure that the delivery will be established successfully, and she tell me to just send them. I call FEDEX Israel, 35 $ and after 4 working days, I got call from UPS Israel that I have a package from corsair –new !!! TWINX2048-3200C2PT with air bubbles of USA AIR around it Corsair even paid for the return coast!! I just have to say one thing to all those CORSAIR workers I LOVE YOU! :hihi: Thank you for the BEST SERVICE I ever had. Off course, in Israel we cant even ask for normal service, because as opposed to USa, we didn’t understand yet that a good service may coast a lot of money for the company that sell, but in the long, it give you more money and more customers.
