Bad Memory Modules

I have four pieces of memory which memtest 86 v 3.2 has confirmed as being defective.Two of the pieces of VS512MB400 have hundreds and thousands of errors. The two other pieces of VS512MB400C3 have different problems, one of them memtest 86 v 3.2 finds many errors and with the second piece there is no post, no boot, no beep. I need to return all of them for warrant replacement. They were all purchased in 2005, but the retailer does not exist any more.

What more can I say.

That would suggest some other problem, getting that may modules failing at the same time!
