enquire value select chip

i have two stick of VS256MB400

 

1) 800 - 0526023 - 0 - 842596 : labeled as " VALUE SELECT PS1300524 "

warranty from 7/2005

 

2) 4553 - 0552155 - 0 - 513328 : labeled as " CORSAIR PS110052 "

warranty from 2/2006

 

may i know what chip are under the label ?

There is absolutely no way for anyone to tell you that information based on what you've posted. Corsair doesn't keep track of ICs on VS memory. You'd have to post the info on the ICs themselves, and then someone MAY be able to identify them.

as i told those chips were labeled as :

"VALUE SELECT 32M8BDB PS1300524" with 2 white dots beside each chips

and

"CORSAIR 32M8BDB PS110052" with 4 white dots beside each chips

 

by the way , i can't use cas 3 on both RAMs .

The IC's are both from Powerchip and they are ETT. The one marked with "13" should not run CAS 3 at all. The one marked with "11" should have no problem running CAS 3. They are both -5 IC's. Neither of them will overclock more than a few mhz.
