jtherrien Posted July 19, 2006 Share Posted July 19, 2006 I just got a COOL system, and after setting it all up I also found that the fan is defective. I connected some power directly to the fan- isolated from anything else- and it still didn't do anything. I guess I'll call tech support tomorrow. Maybe there was a batch of bad fans?
