4 Bad Ram Sticks

I need to RMA 4 Sticks of Ram

 

1. VS256MB133A - Fails Test 3,7

2. VS512MB400 - Fails Test 2,3,4,5,6

3. VS512MB400 - System Does Not Post

4. VS512MB533D2 - Fails Test 4

 

I am a System Builder & Reseller and Sell many Sticks of Your Memory and would like to know if there is an easier way to RMA your Memory than going through all This everytime I need to RMA a bad Stick.

Yes. Easiest way is http://tsxpress.corsairmemory.com, although I personally prefer calling them. I think there may be a business extension to call that you can get from their customer service that may be quicker for system builders.

 

I Think I Have a Bad Part. What Do I Do?

 

The RMA request can be made three ways:

 

A link to our online form can be found here. Complete the form, and submit it to Corsair. You will receive a response within 24 hours, usually sooner.

 

OR you can print the PDF version and fax it to Corsair. You will receive a response within 24 hours, usually sooner.

 

An editable Excel version can be found here. Complete the form and email it to RMA@corsairmemory.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours, usually sooner.
