colinstobbs Posted July 12, 2006 Share Posted July 12, 2006 I have a 2GB Flash Voyager USB Drive that no longer mounts when I plug it in. Sometimes the blue light will flash if I move it around but still will not show up in windows explorer. Is there anything I can do to reset it? I have had it about a year and bought it when I was living in the UK. Like one of the other posts, a German guy, I have lost the rubber end covering the USB connector which after some months became very loose. I am now in California so sending to the dealer in the UK is difficult; how do I deal with the warranty which I believe is world wide? Thanks for your help with this.
