Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 10, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 10, 2006 I really need a few more detail,s Does it asign a drive letter? And does it should any size? And what is the size of your drive?
bishop375
It's a 1gb drive. It displays a drive letter (J:), but it reads as unformatted, Windows cannot complete the format (either FAT or FAT32), and the Corsair utility doesn't recognize the drive at all. To add another monkeywrench, the packaging was destroyed as the unit was a gift. :(
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted July 13, 2006 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 13, 2006 Do you have another system you can try the drive in? And if so I would try and format the drive with our Corsair EZ-Recover Utility. If that still fails then lets get it replaced, please use the On Line RMA Request Form and we will be happy to replace them or it.
