how do i change my memory timings?

right now this is what cpuz is telling me, im a little overclocked right now

 

im running 2 512 ddr 400 twin x in dual channel mode

 

219mhz

3-3-3-8

 

i was told when i bought this memory that it could be ran lower at like

2-2-3-6

it is rated at those timings at 200 Mhz, but since you are overclocking that may not be possible. you would change the timings, as well as the memory voltage, in the bios
