mike77
Flash Voyager CMFUSB2.0-1GB When I plug this drive into ANY computer it is recognized, but appears as two separate drive letters, both indicating 1 gig size (it is only a 1 gig drive). The folders that were located on the drive are now all gobbletygook characters and cannot be accessed. There are a couple folders that can be accessed normally and their contents are intact, but the majority of the drive is unusable. It has been almost a year since we purchased this drive so it is well out of the time that the online retailer will replace it. Please issue me an RMA number or code so that I can complete the RMA form and get a replacement drive. Thanks, Mike
