Please make sure that you have the latest bios for your MB and then load optimized defaults and set the Dim Voltage to 2.7X volts and then set the timings to 2.5-3-3-6 (CAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) and then test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org! Please allow memtest to run 2-3 passes on each module. If you still get errors, we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them in another system or MB to be sure.

dug a little deeper and seen #1 pin on sower supply a little toasty and doing a power supply online test determined that mine was way under powered(350watt) and i needed (420watt)minimum power supply problems give memory errors as well.this age of case fans ,pci-e cards, pci and add ons(even memory) puts stress on these power supply.safe to say replaced power supply with 550watt and prob went away.running memtest now so far so good thanks ram guy.
